These chateau planks made of Douglas fir planks are manufactured in Germany by Douglas fir specialists. Lengths of up to 5m are available (not always).
The wood pattern is more uneven than the American varieties, but that is precisely what makes this natural wood floor so attractive.
The width of 248 mm is great at this price. .
Quality country. Our raw material comes from Alsace.

We are still blown away by this solid wooden floor. We converted our old barn into living space and got 10m long Douglas fir floorboards, which we never thought we would get. Fits in with our agricultural business. THANK YOU :-)

Where else can you find 8m long planks? We found what we were looking for here and are delighted because these Douglas fir chateau planks are a perfect match for our ageing courtyard. Of course, it's not a hardwood and is more sensitive than oak, for example, but we were aware of that and wanted it to look fast even after years of use.
