The oak in the rustic grading impresses with its rough appearance. We deliberately forgo filling the planks here to preserve their charm. Properties with this plank have a special touch and look timelessly beautiful.
Color: dark green brownish
Characteristics: very durable heartwood, coarse-pored, slightly beveled all around, higher knot content, occasional healthy sapwood as well as bark ingrowth on the visible side possible, slight worminess permitted. Knot splits up to 5 mm deep are
permissible, dry cracks up to 4 mm wide may occur, knot diameter up to 2/5 of the plank width measured on the narrow side are permissible
Values: Hardness 69 N/mm² (hard)
Bulk density: 0.65 g/cm³
Resistance class 2
Surface: sanded raw, brushed, scraped
Natural oil and lye treatment.
